I got this Dragon Fruit from a friend of mine living in Naha City, Okinawa JAPAN. I felt totally amazed the first time I saw and ate this kind of fruit. This does not only satisfy my thirst but also it can do many good things inside our body for it is rich in vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to our body. Also, it is rich in antioxidants with vitamins C which is equivalent to the required 10 percent of the daily use. So, living in the land like Okinawa, dragon fruit, also known as “Pitaya” from a cactus family, is freely growing. Right after burping from a delish fruit, I considered planting its branch in it and put it on the rooftop of my company dormitory. And I was hoping that I did the right thing of doing it with the information I got from google. I don’t have a green thumb but luckily I will say that my dragon fruit branch is sprouting an inch as of today. It has been more than two months of waiting!
